Charlie Hebdo - Jihaad or carnage। A perspective !!

Well, as we all are aware that how Charlie Hebdo was attacked in the name of Jihad by a few Jokers, just to name them. 

First of all, in my view, each and every one has got a right to freedom of speech. And nonetheless they have full freedom of faith and expression of their belief and thus to practice and preach his religion.

However, all of this has to be conditional. Which means, that you can do whatever you may like, believe, worship. But at the same time, you must know the boundaries and you should be rational in your perspective of approaching things and conveying your own idea of religious faith, along with being secular and tolerant. That was about atheists. What about the other facet of the coin. Yes, I am referring to the believers of exactly opposite to what we believe in. I am here referring to the atheists. Yes they are honest part of the society and they also are humans like us, at the same time, being as social and inclusive as any one amongst the believer population might be. So, why do we say that they have no right to comment? In a way that we discuss debate and preach about our own beliefs, they got an equal right to express what they feel about anything "for God's sake" and that could be even entirely opposite to what you believe in. I mean, they got an absolute freedom to express their view, whatever it may be, and they got a full right to counter and disagree with you. If a person simply disagrees with your faith, will just move out with your guns and revolvers and shoot out at those who dared to disagree. This is a Big questions at present… 

Now debated the most amongst big media houses, the religious leaders and political corridors of economies across the globe, would be one topic, where there should be an Absolute freedom of expression of thought about religious views, including freedom of expression of criticism in unrestricted and unguided manner of speech. Or on the contrary, A Conditional freedom of expression where you have to care about the religious sentiments of those who might get affected after they learn about your feed about their religion. In my view, yes, there can be counter arguments to your beliefs as I personally understand that the idea which might have existed several thousand years ago might not be the apt and perfect idea of today. A person of the present age might logically agree or disagree to what he/she may think is redundant ideology in the present day scenario. And the lawful nations have pledged to safeguard the interests of their citizens by providing them with a set of fundamental rights, which further enable to access the freedom of expression of their beliefs and thoughts. 

Now, if we talk about the particular situation the Charlie Hebdo cartoons , we know that what they were doing was - 

making objectionable caricatures at the same time they were exercising their fundamental right to freedom of expression. 

Criticizing the faiths of millions, yet being able to justify their actions by saying that they are atheists who do not believe in any religion but in the French law.  

1 person against millions of believers on almost every controversial cartoon they published.

Now the question arises whether they should be allowed to do so or not. I understand that yes there should be a guided freedom of expression where you do no go to limits wherein you end up hurting sentiments of millions or for that matter even one person alone. 

We know that this magazine runs particularly on the idea of sarcasm and they make fun of almost every high ranked person in the society. Whatever a person does, no matter even if he /she abuses you directly, you have no right to attack them and take their lives away.

And it’s not about killing 1 or 2 jihadists; it is about killing the idea of jihad. 

First of all gentlemen, I would like all of you to know that Jihad is an invitation to die and not to Kill. 

Let me narrate to you a weird observation of mine from last evening. …..

                     Taslima nasreen bravely emphasizes that these terrorists are Islamic and they fight in the name of religion which they should not. She is trying to be rational in my view. She also said that India is a much better place in terms of freedom to speech and expression as compared to the Bangladesh or Pakistan because of her own experiences and others' as she may have notice in past. Now Barkha advised her to go and live on Mars… I mean I know Barkha Dutt where you come from but in a way that Barkha Dutt does it all the time , shouldn't Charlie Hebdo be given the benefit of doubt. I am sure there might be readers who certainly won't be familiar with my view on Barkha Dutt who is a senior journalist in India for NDTV and you will need to give it a little online research to know what I exactly mean about her stand on issues like this. 

I certainly believe that there is a law which is supreme to all of us and all of us whether like or dislike, must abide by the law and also respect each others’ faith and live with dignity and grace. But no circumstance anyone can kill the other person. And there is no point debating about Charlie Hebdo attack and Islamic terrorists as these jokers have been attacking people from all walk of life and innocent people. So, I believe that this is no way as topic of debate. And the people who justify this act of butchery , by saying that it is just a reaction to the actions of Charlie Hebdo should be taught the secular code of conduct before any other person.

They are at it yet again!! Fantasizing intolerance and making a little more name and fame before they die!!

The Burnol gang revived again, with the same old type of attempt to create a total rubbish and unnecessary disturbance in a society which is willingly pacing up towards harmony and development.

This is the same kind of subjectification of a community / sect specific significant ideals and beliefs, thus planting a fake idea of intolerance. All of a sudden, "Jai Shri Ram" has become a provocative 'war-cry' that leads to law and order problem and "religious identity-based hate crime".

Actually, they stand mercilessly exposed on their stance and also have badly contradicted themselves in their extempore(just because this could be compared to one). All of us who do not need a background to understand this would agree that this is just the result of frustration and even more frustration, turning into a severe mental disorder, anxiety and restlessness day on day. 

Anyways, getting back to the moot point, here the issue is that, they have tried to indicate three to four things;

#1 Our very much culturally integral greeting "Jai Shri Ram" has become a provocative war cry. 

#2 Criticising the ruling party does not imply criticising the nation.

#3 No democracy without dissent, followed with the regular Anti national and Urban Naxal gig. 

Now if you notice closely, there is a clear contradiction, when they say that a greeting 'with' Lord Ram's is provocative, on the contrary, dissent is important for democracy. They say an individual cannot be called anti national or urban naxal if they express something against the government. Then how damn in this world, any greeting, including my deity's name or even the word Hindu or Islam becomes provocative to you. If Dissent is important for democracy, then why do you say that Jai Shri Ram is a provocative war cry. 

You term all of us who believe in Lord Ram as warmongers. You insult the whole nation and the soul of Hindu landmass. Bloody this is the fabric of country, Ram is the fabric of our secularism, good governance and spirit of the country and our culture. 

Now coming to the second point, they say dissent doesn't make you anti national and also extended their cliche to their favourite fascination, "Intolerance". Now with this sort of attempt, you badly contradict the idea of democracy and dissent that you put up, and whatever the dissent is, you should not get provoked. Your statements do not fit in your own definition of democracy. Such a joke you are!!!

To the last point, Ram party is the one who is not advocating for freedom of expression(literally anything and everything according to you), you are the one for it. And now you are only getting provoked!! Where is your tolerance, where is your secularism!! What is happening to the secular fabric of the nation!!

Bloody get a reality check done for yourself!! Stop preaching about future, fate of our nation, just see what you are doing to it now. In the past, because of being only much tolerant, like today's " okay let it be" attitude, we've provided habitat to many snakes.

Please please rise up. Don't just sit back and watch the biggots perform the communal and opportunistic melodrama in our minds. Let them be restricted to the dope institutions, I don't need to name.

Let's create and become like a citadel for these creeps. They need jungles, institutions and minorities to play with. We can't let our nation suffer because of them. It's our moral responsibility to contribute.

The insane wanna be Bollywood these days!

First thing first, haven't watched the movie #Veerediwedding, and not planning to watch either. Yes I'm a person who doesn't like to goto theatres every Friday to watch just any Bollywood nonsense crap in the form of rubbish comedy and unnatural love stories. However, nowadays the self proclaimed reformists from Bollywood are almost everywhere poking their nose in all affairs from political to home to defence to education and what not. So I just felt sad about what they're doing. Being so irresponsible and yet claiming to be the most intellectual ones in the society.

Proven that they are just the consequences of nepotism!

I just don't understand what kind of upbringings these people have in the film fraternity and all the leftist communists like Swara Bhaskar have got a lot of overwhelming, over pouring and overtly emotional grievances when it comes to how the real Indian society should receive their bul****t in the form of movies. 

Totally hippocratic when it comes to their views about how the society should react to what they call liberty and freedom of expression and on the other hand what should be their own behavior in building a good society.

And to their likes and my fellows, and the younger ones, being vulgar and telling the people that you need to accept my vulgarity because I'm a liberal, is not how you transform a society. Art is about telling and expressing an emotion without enacting it literally.

Conspiracy to eliminate the Chief Justice of India - Deepak Mishra !

The unconstitutional impeachment of an honest Judge by absolute legal illiterates : An escape route from their convictions !!!

We all have been hearing a lot and talking about the recent and very unfortunate controversy related to the Chief Justice of India, Mr Deepak Mishra. I am sure most of us understand the corrupt goals behind this move by the leftist lobby. The initiation, execution and rightly so, the impact has been totally unfruitful for this ever so cornered gang of anarchists, yet again.

Looking at the unconstitutional series of events, it is 100% evident that these actions are absolutely motivated by self defence tactics and probably are the last resort weapons to threaten the judiciary. We need to look at this non serious drama with a serious insight. It is important to look at any controversy in full, and understand all the aspects because there is always another side to the coin.

It began in November last year when Justice Mishra rejected the plea to form an SIT to investigate the bribery in Medical colleges case, reinstating that this is like not trusting the judicial system. In January 2018, we saw how a group of four senior Judges, ofcourse for their political interests and communist mindsets, came out for a press conference and tried to indicate that the Juduciary is not working fine and tried to make all bullshit reasons and stories so that a commoner will think twice trusting the verdicts. And this all was targetted to none other than the Apex court of India.

Any rational thinker would certainly easily connect the dots and understand that this is merely a politically motivated move. Looking at how the things have transpired in past decades and how quickly the judgements are coming, one after the other, be it for the political masters, or the corporate big shots, or for any criminal for the fact of the matter.

This lobby is now scared. Because the time never remains the same. This is the time to send the corrupt behind bars. Common mas is aware of his/her vote. They now understand who is there to exploit them and who is working selflessly for the society's benefit. It is not easy to fool the civilians anymore.

Let us now understand who is CJI Deepak Mishra and why there is so much of restlessness amongst the communist demons.

Who CJI Deepak Mishra ?

He is the 45th Chief Justice of India, succeeding ex CJI Mr Jagdsh Singh Khehar, appointed on August 28, 2017 till October 02, 2018, the day he retires when he turns 65 years in Age.

We all remember, earlier this year, January 2018, the group of 4 senior Judges of Supreme court, Jasti Chelameswar, Ranjan Gogoi, Madan Lokur and Kurian Joseph addressed a press conference criticizing Misra's style of administration and about the allocation of cases. Post this, the roster system was proposed and it was stated that this authority remains with the CJI. The controversy did not stop there, and finally on April 20, 2018, a petition to impeach Justice Mishra was submitted to the Vice president Sri Venkaiah Naidu, with signatures of 71 parliamentarians.

Notably, the senior most and distinguished leaders, have refrained to sign this petiion, some even publically mentioning that they do not know that something like this has been planned. Some of  these indivisuals are Mr Manmohan Singh, ex Prime minister of India and the member of Congress Party, and ofcourse the person under whose eye, the biggest scams in the history of India, took place, namely the CWG, the 2G, the COALGATE,  and LalitGATE etc. Another dignitory Mr Prakash Karat, who stated that he has no clue what is going on. This is actually funny. Another senior and significant leader from the Congress Party, Mr Salman Khurshid went a step ahead and  said on public media that moves like this are unconstitutional and there is no reason not to trust the Judiciary and the Apex court of Law. Some others, namely, the BSP leader Mayawati and other opposition leaders have yet refrained from supporting the petition.

This tells half the story of this insensitive and unconstitutional move.

Lets go a little backwards in time, and understand the potential ( evidently real ) reasons behind this rats like movement just before the earthquake, by the same group of leftist and corrupt indivisuals.
We all remember, how before 2014, the scams started unrevelling, one after the other, Congress being at the center of all. The biggest of scams that India ever witnessed, the highest number of zeros that a common Indian could ever imagine, and depth of the corrupt mentality that the farmers and middle class of India could ever think of, these scams levelled them all and breached all imaginations to leave the people of India in an awe that all this money was actually digged from within the economy of India, from their own pockets and they were left betrayed, trusting the men and women in white Khadi and Nehru Topi. This was a decade of Scams.

Lets move a little forward in time, since BJP stormed to an anormous victory in 2014, the majority that any party across the globe could ever register, there started a phase that witnessed many top shots being scrutinized and  put behind bars. Then came the time of demonetization and GST, which left the big corporates and money launderers surprized overnight, and behind the bars, many are still under the radar. Well, the middle class has always been in the ques so this statement was worse than bogus that Modi government made the Indian common people stand in ques for their own money. Indian people did not even realize when you actually robbed their Pockets.

Lets come a little forward. So many new scams came out, namely, National Herald in which the ideal Mom and Son duo very cutely scammed the money from the Treasury of the republic of India. Then there was agitation on Robert Vadra, Ram Mandir, Nationality, National Anthem, the national Flag debate and the growing terror in Kashmir.
One by one, slowly slowly, these people started coming to the lime light and their wrong deeds started to be unleashed on national Television.

Now let us understand the link between the impeachment move against Deepak Mishra and all these Scams and corruption stories.

CJI Mishra decided to keep many of the important and cases of National interest, with himself and started hearing the cases under his bench directly. He has even announced the verdict on many of them reinstating that there is no mercy for crime, terror and corruption in his court of law.

Namely, the terrorist Yakub Memon's case in the 1993 Mumbai Serial Blasts, who was hanged - Bench of Deepak Mishra and other judges announced the verdict after which he even got a death threat in a letter, stating that no matter how much protection you have, we will eliminate you. Hope we all remember that long que of leftist indivisuals from judges, the filmstarts, the politicians and social activists, to defend and stop the execution of this so dangerous terrorist. And who can forget that overwhelming and beautifully Rosified funeral procession of this terrorist.

Another important verdict given by Deepak Mishra along with his bench was to uphold the death sentence of the 4 rapists in the Nirbhaya case.

Some other important, yet controversial judgements were namely, the mandatory singing of National Anthem before any movie in the Cinema halls, requiring Delhi Police to upload FIRs on their website within 24 hours of the FIRs being lodged, in order to enable the accused to file appropriate applications before the court for redressal of their grievances, rejection of Uttar Pradesh government's decision to provide reservation in promotion, and the conviction of Calcutta High Court judge C. S. Karnan of contempt of court and sentenced him to six months' imprisonment.

This is self explanatory that why these people are against the CJI because we all know about the huge nexus within the borders and across, including the politicians, the leftist, communists, the film fraternity and the social activists, having terror and Maoist links.

Now let us understand what is the reason to impeach CJI Deepak Mishra when all this has already happend and cannot be changed. Please note that CJI Deepak Mishra is going to hear some of the important cases, for the final time, and will be hopefully announcing the verdicts too, as we have noticed how efficient, honest and patriotic he is.

These cases are namely, the National Herald case which has Sonia Gandhi and the very wise president of Congress party Mr Rahul Gandhi as the main convicts and direct beneficiaries. Next is the Ayodhya case which of course is very important, being sensitive and crucial from all aspects, from religious to political. Another important verdict awaited is going to be for Sunanda pushkar case. These are the potential cases that will probably be closed during the term of CJI Mishra untill he retires, in October 2018, turning 65 years of age.

So this is the whole nexus. As the time is progessing, we are seeing more uglier side of the political class and the silken side of the Safed Khadi Kurta and Saari. Not to offend but just a way of expressing what I feel.

Just like we have recently seen with JNU, and other similar acts by shameless antinationals, do we feel the need to stand up and come on the streets to support a man who is giving all these verdicts for no one but our society. He is one courageous man and I support his courage, honesty and patriotism. We need more people like him.

Never get scared of the consequesces. If you think something is right, just do it, more importantly, if its not for your own sake and for the society. There is nothing more sacred then this. More power to the patriots and Nationalists like CJI Mishra. We got your back!
